When you use All Saints Online, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account.
• User Content: Messages, prayer requests, and other content you share within the app.
• Device Information: Device identifiers for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens).
• Usage Data: App interactions and analytics collected through Firebase Analytics.

• To provide and maintain the app's features, including messaging, events, sermons, and community features.
• To send push notifications about announcements, events, and messages.
• To improve the app experience through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To manage your account and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be processed by the following service providers:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, analytics, and push notifications.
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with these providers.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Your data is stored securely on Firebase infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard security certifications.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account)
• Submitting a request through our account deletion page

Upon request, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

All Saints Online is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
